During my teenage years, I had a very bad relationship with food, doing cardio for hours on end, hating the way I looked, had a negative outlook on life and thought that nothing was ever going to change.
I now realise that due to the little food that I was eating, it had a massive impact on my body, physically and mentally.
It wasn’t until I was introduced to strength training that I realised I had been physically abusing my body for years and not giving it the TLC that it deserved. We are made to think that we have to restrict certain foods, take damaging products and have surgery to achieve the perfect body, and I for one believed that.
When I started learning about strength training and nutrition it opened up a whole new world for me. The skinny and unhealthy-looking body that I desired to have suddenly changed. I wanted to look toned, strong and healthy. Strength training and nutritious food gave me that. Giving my body some TLC, my mental state changed allowing me progress within myself. I started seeing results straight away which I had been trying to achieve for years. This is where my passion started.
I spent time researching information within the evidence based industry and this ignited my fire to help other women escape from what I was going through. I had wasted so many years hating myself which I will never be able to get back. I believe that if women focus on improving their strength in the gym, it will mentally make them stronger in the process. The fitness industry portrays dieting in a very complex manner and it really doesn’t need to be.
I started taking action by gaining qualifications within the industry.
I wanted to increase my knowledge to share with other women, so that they don’t have to make the same mistakes as I did! From being an online coach, it allows me to offer my services to you no matter where in the world you are. I only practice what I preach therefore I specialise in strength training with a flexible diet approach as this is what has made me into the person I am today.

The only thing stopping you from achieving them is you. Like every female, I have had bumps in the road but that has moulded me into the person I am today. I have a great relationship with food, I love my body, I am mentally and physically 100x stronger, I am confident from the inside out and have a positive outlook on life.
