What happens between now and the start date?

Once registration is completed, you will receive an email letting you know that you have enrolled in the challenge and that there are a few steps to follow prior to starting the challenge. You will be sent a link to join the private Facebook group where the coaching will take place. Prior to the challenge starting, there will be updates in the group telling you everything you need to know to get yourself prepared. 

What happens once the coaching has started?

You will receive your training programme prior to the challenge starting so you will be confident and ready to go come the start date. Your coach will communicate with you with daily accountability posts within the Facebook Group. This will include questions, videos, photos, discussions, live videos, recipes, tips and tricks and progress reports. Everyone who is taking part of the challenge will be in the Facebook group. It is a like minded community filled with women who will support your journey 110%. You will get to interact with other women taking part who all encourage each other to make the most of this challenge. It’s something so very special. 

How will my coach communicate with me?

You will receive daily messages from your coach in the Facebook Group which will require your response. It is so important that you make an effort to comment daily to ensure that you are keeping up and making progress. All correspondence between you and your coach will be either via the Facebook Group, Email, Live Chat or Skype. 

Does this service include a meal plan telling me what to eat and how much?

The challenge provides you with a Macro and Nutrition guide teaching you everything you need to know about nutrition. However, we also provide you with your own custom macros which you will use to make progress. This is a macro service not a meal plan. PBC does not recommend specific foods that you should be eating daily. This service encourages a flexible dieting approach as it allows you to find foods you want to it whilst managing it within your daily allowance. We do however provide examples of what a meal plan should consist of. 

What if I’m not sure on how to perform a specific exercise or I need help with my form?

You will have full access to PBC’s exercise demonstrations showing you how to perform each exercise with correct form. You will also be required to film yourself performing the exercises for you to post within the Facebook Group so we can give you feedback. 

How often will I be billed?

All challenges are a one time payment when you register. There are no hidden fees. 

Online Training and Macro Programme

How does it work?

Once the detailed questionnaire has been completed, PBC will review your application and will make a decision letting you know if you have been accepted or denied. Please note that online training and macro services is not for complete beginners and your application may be denied for a number of reasons. All decisions will be made with you at best interest. If your application is accepted and once the payment has been received, your coach will be working on your personalised training and macro programme. Please note that you will receive your programme within 7 business days after form submission. You will receive an in-depth video explaining your training and macro programme, how to view and record in your log book and multiple documents providing you with everything you need to know to get started.

How often do I get check ins with my coach?

You will be advised of the designated day that you will have a check in with your coach. You will need to ensure that your log book has been completed prior to this day. Failure to do so may result in termination of coaching. If your log book has not been completed, your coach is not accurately able to coach you. Any changes to your plans will be decided after your check in with your coach.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed every month starting the day you sign up until you manually cancel your subscription.

How will my coach communicate with me?

Will you change my macros each month?

Your coach will review your macros each week, however, depending upon progress and adherence, they may have you stay on the same macros if progress is going well. Each check in does not necessarily mean that your macros will change as you may not need any adjustments.
